In-Principle Approval for the Listing and Quotation for 20 million New Ordinary Shares
Further to our announcement on 3 September 2008, The Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the “SGX-ST”) has on 11 September 2008 given its in-principle approval for the listing and quotation of 20,000,000 new ordinary shares at an issue price of S$0.05 per New Share. The Issue Price of S$0.05 represents a 100% premium to the weighted average price of S$0.025 for trades done on the SGX-ST on the full day of 3 September 2008, being the market day on the day the Agreement was signed.
