The Company is governed by an international Board of Directors consisting of prominent senior professionals and entrepreneurs from United Kingdom, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore.
The market has also recognized and shared this prospect of LBC. In the SGX Quarterly Newsletter for Period January to March 2007 Issue, our stock was rated as the highest growth SESDAQ counter for the year 2006 in terms of appreciation in market capitalization. On 29 May 2007, a survey report in The Business Times ranked LBC as one of the Top 3 companies having the highest 1-year Total Shareholder Returns.

- Biofuels processing comprising of 1st & 2nd generation of Biofuels
- Upstream businesses (feedstock & Bio-Resources development)
- Downstream businesses (process engineering, downstream Oleochemicals production and Byproduct processings and trading activities)
