How does LBC view corporate governance in the current business world?
LBC looks upon corporate governance seriously, which is why we have our own Audit Committee, headed by Mr Peter Farrar, FCA (former Audit Partner of PriceWaterhouse in the United Kingdom).  Recently, LBC was audited and was rated highly by one of the big four accounting firms for good corporate governance practices.

What does LBC do?
LBC is an integrated bio–technology Company initially focused on three key business areas:

  2. Upstream businesses (feedstock & bio–resources development)

Based on the business activities depicted in the above Strategic Business Chain (the "SBC"), LBC expects to sustainably enhance shareholder value over time as each of the 6 main business centres develops. LBC will also continuously pursue specific productive and efficient initiatives and will integrate corporate social responsibility into all its businesses as the Company develops.
